The “Biggest Lie” in internet marketing is that you can make “easy money” by putting in a few hows per week. Even though you can promote products and “get lucky” you need to really have a proven SYSTEM to make a regular income online.
You need a BUSINESS MODEL that works. Until you have established a proven business model, all of your efforts will be “hit-and-miss”. Only a step-by-step PROVEN SYSTEM will net regular income.
Most internet markers absolutely will not part with their winning formula. They say things like, “The Money Is In The LIst”, just to get you to buy ther list-building formula. Which usually consists of outdated techniques to drive traffic. List-building is critical, but is is only a “part” of the SYSTEM. You also need to be able to drive a mountain of traffic to your offer, and you need a way to convert that traffic.
You need to offer them something that they WANT, or they will not buy. All of this is part of a SYSTEM.

SEO is a great and wonderful endeavor. It’s a worthwhile activity. But it is no guarantee of getting targeted traffic. Nothing provides targeted traffic better than article marketing. That’s why it is my number one suggestion or technique that I recommend for getting visitors to your landing page.
Social bookmarketing, social networking, and classified ads may bring traffic. But, generally speaking, it wont be as good as one good article. Even video marketing is not as effective as article marketing.
So, if you are sincere about earning a substantial income online. I would recommend you focus on article marketing as the best approach to help you succeed.
Best wishes,

Hit The Traffic Target
Driving targeted is the key to both online and offline success! Think about the corner drug store. Is it centrally located in a high-traffic area where passers-by can see that they are open for business? What about the volume of foot-traffic to the store? Are there just a few visitors per day at the store, or are there always waiting lines?
Do they ask you to complete a form to get bargain discounts? I know that CVS, our local drug store does fit this model. They collect info w/o spamming and track not only how many times you visit, but what you purchase so that they can offer complementary items.
Here are the fundamentals of a good business model:
1. Position yourself to get high-volume targeted traffic.
2. Track everything you can about your visitors.
3. Offer discounts and deals to keep them coming back.
4. Offer complementary items that your visitors want and need.
I hope this helps clarify off-line versus online marketing.
Best wishes,
Kelly Marion

Internet Marketing Help's Bring Home The Bacon!
Internet marketing is a great career for someone who wants to work from home or set their own work schedule. There are many many different business models that can be successful and help you earn an income online. However, don’t be fooled by the multitude of daily offers telling you that making money online is easy… It’s Not! Well, let me quantify that! If you just want to make a few hundred bucks per month, then yes, it is easy.
But if you expect to earn a full-time income online, then that’s a different story altogether. Earning a full-time income online is hard work! It’s extremely time consuming and it is akin to learning any offline business from scratch. It cost money to promote yourself (or site) and you need very specific tools and a very specific set of skills to be successful.
1. You need to learn HTML to set up your site (or have a large budget to pay someone every time you build a site).
2. You need lots of graphics to make your site look appealing.
3. You need to create your own product, ebook, service, audio CDs, DVDs, whatever, to establish yourself as an expert in your chosen field.
4. You need to build a list of repeat buyers.
5. You need to drive quality traffic to your website or landing page.
These are the basics of internet marketing, and this is about a fundamental as it gets. To be successful and earn any level of decent income online, these five things are an absolute requirement.
Best wishes,
